Cellulose Blown Fibre Insulation

Termex Cellulose Blown Fibre Insulation is a natural and sustainable cellulose blown fibre insulation, available for floors, ceilings, timber frame and other breathable structural walls. Termex is manufactured in Finland from recycled newsprint which would otherwise go to landfill or be burnt. The newsprint is chopped into postage stamp size pieces, fiberised and treated to ensure it is fire and vermin resistant. It is then baled ready for delivery to site to be blown into timber frame walls, floors or into attics.

As it is blown onto the walls a special additive ensures that it does not settle ensuring that cold spots do not occur. Cellulose fiber insulation is ideal thermal insulation material for both new and renovated buildings. Blown or sprayed, the insulation materials fill every part of the space to be insulated, regardless of the space's shape. They can easily be used as insulation for triangular or arc-shaped structures. The insulation materials can also be used to even out any irregularities on walls, fill holes and gaps in log structures, and at the back of switch board sand piping.
